What counts as a Shopify update request?

Any single task that touches your store — updating a homepage banner, adding a new product, editing copy on a page, fixing a broken section, adding an announcement bar, swapping out images. You get ten of these per month. Requests reset each month and don't roll over. Larger builds — new pages, custom sections, significant development work — are scoped separately.

How does the monthly strategy call work?

Every month we get on a call together to review what's working, align on what's coming, and make decisions about where your brand is going across all channels. It's a working session, not a reporting call. You come with your business priorities, we come with data and a direction. Between calls, you have your dedicated Slack channel for anything that can't wait.

Do you offer a dedicated communication channel?

Yes — every Radically Made Team client gets a dedicated Slack channel for real-time communication. This is for questions, quick approvals, and flagging upcoming launches — not a 24/7 support line. We're in there during working hours and we respond promptly. It keeps things moving without the back-and-forth of email threads.

What happens if I need something outside the scope?

We flag it, quote it, and you decide. Nothing gets added to your plate or ours without a conversation first. If you consistently need more than what's included, we'll tell you — and we'll figure out whether the scope needs to adjust or whether the extra work is better handled as a separate project.

Do requests roll over if I don't use them all?

No. Requests reset each month and don't roll over. We cap our retainer clients specifically so we can show up fully for each one — rollover requests would compromise that for everyone. If you're consistently not using your full allocation, that's worth a conversation about whether this is the right tier for where you are right now.

How do I submit requests?

Through your dedicated Slack channel. You drop the request, we confirm it's in scope, and we get it done. No ticketing systems, no project management tools you have to learn, no email threads that go nowhere. Just a direct line to your team.

What if I want to pause the retainer?

We don't offer pause options. If you need to step back, the retainer ends with 30 days notice after your minimum commitment. You're welcome to re-engage when you're ready — but we can't hold your spot. At this tier, every client slot is active or available. There's no in-between.

What does the onboarding process look like at this tier?

More thorough than a standard project. We spend the first two weeks going deep — auditing your store, your email and SMS accounts, your existing assets, your brand voice, and your goals. We build a 90-day plan before anything goes out. Month one is about getting it right. Months two and three are where it starts to compound.
