Terms of Service

Overview
These terms apply to your use of radicallymade.studio and any services provided by Radically Made. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Radically Made provides Shopify web design and Klaviyo email marketing services to eligible clients. Eligibility is determined at our discretion through our inquiry and onboarding process. We reserve the right to decline any project.
Project agreements
All client engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or contract signed before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence.
Payment
All projects require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project spot. The remaining 50% is due on completion. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made on time.
Revisions
All projects include two structured revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond that scope will be scoped and billed separately.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. Radically Made retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategy, or proprietary data with any third party without your consent.
Turnaround and timelines
Project timelines are estimates confirmed at the start of each engagement. Radically Made is not liable for delays caused by late delivery of client materials, change requests, or circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of liability
Radically Made is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, all fees paid to date are non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of termination remains the property of Radically Made until full payment is received.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radically Made operates.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
